At ICROSS®, every order is handled with the utmost care. We work with trusted and experienced carriers and offer clear, competitive shipping rates for both our high-volume Watercrafts and smaller accessories.

We are committed to providing a fast, secure and transparent delivery experience for customers worldwide, ensuring a seamless process from order to arrival.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden and managed by our 3PL partner Huset AB / C Bolaget, who oversee the logistics flow and ensure that your goods are delivered safely and professionally.

 

Watercraft Shipping

Our Watercrafts ship in reinforced packaging with a freight weight of approximately 60 kg. To simplify the experience, we offer fixed and heavily subsidized rates by region. All Watercraft orders are shipped using trusted, premium carriers for safe and trackable delivery.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees depending on local regulations. These charges are not covered by ICROSS® and must be paid by the recipient.

 

Delivery Details

You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has shipped or is ready for pick-up.

If ICROSS® has reason to question the buyer’s ability to pay, we reserve the right to hold or stop a shipment until payment is secured.

 

Unclaimed Packages

Packages must be collected within 14 days.
Unclaimed orders are automatically returned to us.

A fee of 399 SEK will be charged to cover return shipping and handling.

 

Transport Damage

ICROSS® is responsible for goods damaged or lost during transport to the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Report it as soon as possible
  2. Document the damage with photos
  3. Contact the carrier and ICROSS®
  4. Ensure you inspect the contents immediately upon delivery

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  1. unused
  2. in original condition
  3. with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
  4. returned in undamaged original packaging

Important: The original product box may not be used as the shipping box. If original packaging is damaged, the return may be declined.

If a return does not meet these conditions, ICROSS® may send the item back to you and charge shipping costs.

How to Return a Product

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved.

  1. Email info@icross.fish
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team
  4. Pack the item securely in an external protective box

 

Complaints

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault:

  1. Contact info@icross.fish
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Describe the issue in detail
  4. Attach clear photos if possible

Manufacturing defects are covered under applicable consumer and warranty laws. Normal wear, misuse, or aging of the product are not considered production faults.

ICROSS® responds to all complaints within 30 days.
