Common questions about ICROSS
What is ICROSS?
ICROSS combines features of a kayak and a SUP in a wide, inflatable platform for fishing, hunting and paddling. It packs down for transport and storage, making it easier to explore new waters.
What makes ICROSS stable?
The wide shape, flat underside and rigid drop-stitch construction provide a steady platform. Stability also depends on the load, your balance and conditions on the water.
Can I stand up to fish?
ICROSS 3000 offers plenty of room for standing while fishing. The shorter 1610 requires more balance and experience. Start seated and practise standing in calm, sheltered water. Always wear a personal flotation device.
How long does inflation take?
Around 5–10 minutes with the double-action pump, depending on the model and your pace. The recommended working pressure is 7–10 PSI. The drop-stitch construction makes the board rigid when inflated.
How much does it weigh?
The board itself weighs around 7 kg for ICROSS 1610 and 13 kg for ICROSS 3000. The chair, paddle, pump and other equipment add to this weight.
How do I transport and store my ICROSS?
Deflate the board, let it dry and pack it away. The packages include a combined wheeled bag and backpack with room for the board and equipment. For air travel, check your airline’s baggage size and weight limits. See the product’s contents list for what is included in your chosen setup.
Can two people use the same ICROSS?
ICROSS 3000 can be fitted with two chairs and two paddles. The double package is designed for this setup. Always include both people and equipment when calculating the load against your model’s maximum capacity.
How tough is the surface?
ICROSS is made from heavy-duty, reinforced PVC for use on the water. It withstands normal wear but is not puncture-proof. Avoid dragging the board over sharp rocks and take care around hooks and other pointed objects.
Is the chair comfortable for longer fishing sessions?
The chair has an adjustable backrest and quick-drying fabric, allowing you to adjust your seating position. It folds up and can also be used on land.
Can I use ICROSS in salt water?
Yes. Rinse the board, chair and other equipment with fresh water afterwards and let everything dry before storage.
What should I consider in sun and heat?
Air pressure rises as the air inside the board warms up. Check the pressure and avoid leaving a fully inflated board in strong sunlight on land. Follow the product’s instructions for pressure and storage.
How fast can I paddle?
Your pace depends on the model, load, paddling technique, wind and current. ICROSS is primarily designed for fishing, exploring and shorter journeys on the water.
Can I fit an electric motor?
This may be possible with a motor and mounting system compatible with the fin box. Contact us before buying so we can help check the setup for your model.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history, track shipments, and manage returns more easily.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to follow the delivery in real time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at [support@icross.fish]. We’ll do our best to update or cancel your order before it’s dispatched.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email - what should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team, and we’ll resend your confirmation manually.
Pre-Order
What does pre-order mean?
By pre-ordering, you secure your ICROSS® before the next shipment. Production is planned based on demand, allowing for a more sustainable and carefully considered manufacturing process.
When will my pre-order be delivered?
The estimated delivery time is clearly stated on the product page and in your order confirmation. You will receive updates via email.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, please contact us before the product has been shipped and we will assist you.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We use trusted carriers such as Bring and UPS. Available options are displayed at checkout based on your address and chosen product.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary by region:
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- USA / Canada: 5–7 business days
Is the delivery trackable?
Yes, all shipments are fully trackable. You will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
Customs & VAT
Are customs duties and VAT included?
For deliveries within the EU, VAT is included. For international shipments, customs duties and local taxes may apply and must be paid by the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
Please contact info@icross.fish with your order number and we will provide return instructions.
What conditions apply?
The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned in intact original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and approved.
Warranty & Claims
Does ICROSS® come with a warranty?
Yes, all products are covered by warranty in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Read more about warranty here
Care & Maintenance
How should I clean my ICROSS® after use?
Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after each session, especially after exposure to saltwater, sand or algae. Use mild soap if needed and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
How should I store my ICROSS®?
Store the board in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure it is completely dry before storage to prevent moisture damage or odour.
Can I leave my board inflated when storing it?
Yes, but for long-term storage we recommend slightly reducing the pressure to minimise stress on materials and seams.
How do I maintain optimal performance over time?
Regularly inspect seams, valves and attachment points. Avoid dragging the board over sharp surfaces and protect it from unnecessary impacts or friction.
What should I avoid?
- Prolonged UV exposure when not in use
- Contact with sharp objects or rough terrain
- Storing in extremely hot environments (such as inside a car on warm days)
