ICROSS® Warranty

10-Year Warranty - Built for a Lifetime of Adventure

Every ICROSS® watercraft is engineered for long-term performance in demanding environments. To honour that commitment, all ICROSS® watercrafts are covered by a 10-year limited warranty, reflecting our dedication to precision, durability, and reliability.

Warranty for Watercraft (10 Years)

ICROSS Flyfishing AB guarantees that your ICROSS® watercraft is free from significant defects in materials or workmanship for 10 years from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Activation

To activate your warranty, the enclosed Warranty Registration Card must be completed and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty is valid only under the following conditions:Applies exclusively to manufacturing defects

  1. Product must be used under normal recreational conditions
  2. Recommended load capacity must not be exceeded
  3. ICROSS Flyfishing AB may request photos, videos, or inspection of the product
  4. Returns require a pre-issued Return Authorization Number, clearly displayed on the package

If Your Product Is Deemed Defective

ICROSS Flyfishing AB will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover indirect costs, loss of use, or consequential damages.

Warranty for Accessories (2 Years)

All ICROSS® accessories,paddles, fins, pumps, bags, chairs, and mounting gear, include a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Defective accessories will be repaired or replaced.

What’s Covered

  1. Material or workmanship defects
  2. Structural issues in the drop-stitch core
  3. Weld or seam failures
  4. Air leaks or bonding faults not caused by misuse or impact

What’s Not Covered

  1. Misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage
  2. Cuts, tears, punctures or external impact
  3. Damage caused by waves, rocks, or shore break
  4. Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, scuffs)
  5. Overinflation or heat/sun damage
  6. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  7. Cosmetic changes from UV exposure or abrasive surfaces

Warranty Duration After Repair

The warranty continues from the original purchase date only.
Repairs or replacements do not extend the warranty period.

Proof of Purchase Required

All claims must include a valid purchase receipt.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Include:

  1. Full name
  2. Proof of purchase
  3. Product name + serial number (if available)
  4. Description of the issue
  5. Photos or videos showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and provide next steps. If a return is required, you will receive a Return Authorization Number.
